I have done the Swedish Kennel Club's educating for Breeders during several years. We read seven books very detailed and the teacher was our district's very competent kennelconsultant, Berith Uhlén-Svensson.

YOU GET THE PUPPY YOU DESERVE. A PUPPY IS LIKE A ROUGH DIAMOND. IT'S UP TO YOU AS A NEW OWNER TO FORM THE PUPPY TO BE THE PLEASANT ADAPTABLE LEONBERGER YOU WANT IT TO BE AND WHAT IT IS MENT TO BE.

50's:  We saw the daylight for the first time. Ingela and Lasse

60's:  The first dogs in our lives were Beagle, Drever, Harrier and Tax. These breeds of hunting dogs taught us a lot about nurture and how to live with dogs in the nature.

70's:  This arcade we got the experience of Schäfer, Labrador,  and Golden Retriever. Rather  different from the hunting dogs.

80's:  Golden Retrievers and Irish Wolfhounds. This was the time for hard training in obedience and tracking in elite. Now the interest grew for the dog shows.

90's:  Golden and Wolves became pensioners.

The Millenium: The interest in Leonberger  we have had for 20 years, but not until now taken the step and acquired five Leonberger during one year. This year has given us much experience.

"Kennelister" as we call us now, was the grounder of Björntassen Olof Sandås name for breeder. It will be a pleasure for us to call us " Kennelister. Of course we follow the Swedish Leonberger Club Recomendations.
